CENTERPIECE-Intersecting Octofoils with curved Glass panels. Four Internal Special Tributes. The two intersecting Octofoils are 10' feet in height, situated on two glass circles. The first circle  will contain the names of the ten Vietnam Medal of Honor recipients. The second base, all support units that made up the 9th Infantry Division in Vietnam.
 SANDBLAST-ETCHED CURVED GLASS outer panels will contain the names of the KIA, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy (MRF) and Coast Guard in Vietnam, listed by individual States of the Union and its Territories.

Approximate size of this Memorial is a 60' foot circle, 30' foot diameter, 188' feet in circumference, an area of roughly of 2,800 sq.ft.

In addition to the 9th Infantry Division Vietnam Flag, this design will also be used.
